Cascade West, LLC, was formed in April of 2004. As a new freight brokerage company it was imperative to pay all carriers in a timely manner, and bill our customers as soon as possible. Neal Freeman Investments, LLC, provided us much more. The trucking industry is complicated enough especially when you are owner operators and going through the task of finding your own loads. Having to negotiate with the brokers and get the right load with the rate you need to compensate with the high rising cost of fuel.
